One of the most common problems that can frustrate you if you are a girl who trains BJJ, hair issue is probably your top-notch problem. You can always see the girl’s hair is all over the mat at the end of the class cause it gets pulled and stepped on if you don’t do your hair right. I have been trying

each different hairstyle for girls who train BJJ but most of the hairstyle either doesn’t work for me or too complicated to do it myself. For me, I sometimes put my hair in a ponytail in the beginning of the class but later I would secure in a bun tightly but my hair will get all messy and sweaty at the end of

the class as always regardless of how I do my hair. But I will have to say that braiding is the most effective way to keep your hair off your face while rolling. There are different types of braiding that is suitable for BJJ girls with

medium-length to long hair

FRENCH FISH TAIL

DOUBLE PLAIT

RONDA ROUSEY'S HAIR BUN

Don’t forget to try it all out to see which one is suitable for your hair; I hope this article helps you deal with the hair issue :) Happy training everyone!
