Google is offering Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes to their employees

Google is one of the biggest companies that has over 53,600 employees at its headquarter in Mountain View in California. Google provides its workers with a lot of perks such as free food available on the campus and other cool activities to make the office to be a living space for their workers. The reason why Google offers all the cool perks that make6s everyone wants to work at Google is because employees have to work long hours, some employees work up to 16 hours a day for months, so Google pretty much do everything they could to provide the best facilities for their workers.
Including providing Jiu Jitsu classes for their employees, as we all know that Jiu Jitsu is such a good workout plus self-defense, which can also reduce stress and build social interaction within the organization.

The classes are taught by Milton Bastos from Institute of Martial Arts in California. Coach Milton posted on his Facebook about the class at Google: “Class at Google today reach full capacity … I guess we will need more mat space to attend more people… Thank you all who joined the class,”
Not only Google that provide BJJ classes for their workers but other companies such as GovSmart, a million-dollar IT solutions company based in Virginia, also providing the BJJ session for their employees as well. Even the CEO himself is a purple belt and has been training for 10 years.
