Brazilian Jiu Jitsu may not be popular among Thai people but it’s really popular in the western especially in America. Most of the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym are opened and taught by the expats in Thailand. There are a few gyms and the coaches are all friends with each other since BJJ is such a small community in Thailand.

ARETE BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

This is where I started my BJJ journey, Arete gives you a friendly and family vibes. They’re offering no-gi, gi, and kids class as well. Open everyday from 10 a.m. till 9 p.m. Located in Thonglor neighborhood. Contact info: 08-7748-9119

THE FIGHT LAB

Offering BJJ class and many other classes such as Muay Thai, MMA, wrestling, and boxing. The gym is full of expats, located in big warehouse in Phrakanong. Contact info: 023911754

Q23 Academy BJJ

EMAC (Executive Martial Arts Center)
